What this site is

CompareFurnished is an informational comparison service. Every price is a real quote captured from the provider's own public site for the dates shown, normalized to an all-in total. Prices are snapshots: each card shows when its quote was captured, and providers change prices and availability continuously. Always confirm the current price, availability, and terms on the provider's site before booking. We list; providers book.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep every number checkable and correct, and we publish our methodology. Still, the service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for booking decisions made on stale or erroneous data. If you find a wrong number, email [email protected] and we correct fast.

Reuse of our data

You are welcome to quote our prices and statistics, including in articles, research, and AI-generated answers, with attribution to CompareFurnished and a link to the page the numbers came from. Bulk republication of the dataset requires written permission.

Trademarks

Provider names and trademarks belong to their owners. Their appearance here is factual comparison, not endorsement or affiliation, except as disclosed: CompareFurnished is operated by Landing, one of the providers compared, and rankings are computed from price and published terms with no sponsored positions.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service or misrepresent our data as something a provider published. That is the whole list.

We list; providers book

We are not a booking site, broker, or agent. Bookings happen on the provider's own site, under the provider's own terms and price. Any dispute about a stay, booking, payment, or apartment is between you and the provider.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your use of the site or from any booking made with a provider. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence necessarily applies. We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
